The team arrived a few minutes early and did a fantastic job in record time. They took great care and were brilliant to work with. I would use them again without hesitation!

Rude and patronising.Their removal van was blocking street access to my house. They kept insisting that my car would fit through -- you can judge for yourself from the photo. I asked them several times if they could move their van back slightly, and was told no. One of the removal men kept trying to direct me to drive my car through and then wanted to drive my car through himself. Obviously I would not trust him to drive my car and he isn't insured to drive it. I felt this was somehow suggesting that it was my driving, not the tiny space, that was at fault.Only after several requests and refusals, and my taking my phone out to photograph their van, did they reluctantly move the van. It only took a few seconds: it turns out it was an easy request -- so why did they have to be so unpleasant?

Moving household and furniture items from 2 places into a new location.They were punctual, very efficient, friendly, helpful, professional and the cost was value for money.Definitely would recommend them and also have no hesitation in using them again.

The service this team provided was the most pain free, stress free moving process I have ever been apart of (and I have moved 10 times over the last 10 years). The team was always helpful and no job for them was too big. There were a couple of complications with our move (not related to the Happy2Move team), and their team stepped in to support which was above and beyond what one would expect from any other company. Everything was complete to a pristine condition. I highly recommend them to anyone moving in the London area and I know who we will go to for any needs in the future.

Pricing is fantastic and a bonus when choosing this company. The individuals who helped us move were extremely professional, handled everything with care, and arrived earlier than the agreed upon time. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that our move to our new home went as smooth and as stress-free as possible.
