My friend & l were looking forward to trying the new mango & passion fruit frappe creme, my daughter had previously had it in the Poole branch & said it was delicious, however, ours in Bournemouth was wholly disappointing, no flavour with a couple of squirts of a puree topping & scarcely any better with a few more, the barista wasn't particularly helpful telling us she was only supposed to put two pumps of the puree, wish we'd stuck to our favourite salted caramel & pistachio frappe creme now!

Disappointed.As a colleague at another store, I am shocked with the service and quality of staff and atmosphere.Staff with their hair down, scruffy shoes (bright neon pink!) long nails, attitude, unfriendly and rude. All stood on their phones as if they didn’t want to be there and serve people.Really letting the Nero team down guys. Not that hard to smile and give good service, may I say these are all in black t-shirts too!!

The coffee was burnt taste it straight away I had a flat white. The cutlery was dirty as shown in picture I had a cheese and ham croissant most of it was ham just have no cheese. The food it taking to the back I assume that's where the toaster is. So if you don't mind having your food away from view. Then eat here. The thing is cold water available to get the after taste of burnt coffee out your mouth.

I went to Caffè Nero on Friday and I just had to post a review. The girl in the red t-shirt who served us was so welcoming and had amazing customer service, it was a shame I didn’t get her name. The latte I ordered was made to perfection. I will most definitely be coming back again

Alot pricier than when when l visited last , staff very helpful , but didn't like the comunial toilet , men and women should not share public toilet facilities disgusting .

This store has enjoyed a renaissance under manager Georgia, who has really pulled things into order, following a few difficult years. The store is very clean and well maintained.The coffee is excellent. Lily, in particular is fabulous barista, who always prepares my mocha to a very high standard.It might be a corporate /franchise—type entity but this is the best coffee shop in central Bournemouth.

Just reviewed your coffee via email you sent but didn't get a chance to review your service which was sadly very poor. Server didn't speak or engage throughout the ordering process and we felt we were a nuisance being there. To top it off the two servers were moaning they had another 5 hours to go. Oh and my large coffee turned into a small coffee and I certainly wasn't going to mention it.
