Great pub for live music and nice Beer too. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. l Would recommend watching a band there one weekend.

My first visit for three years to a pub i first used when i was 16.40 years later and its still a great place.Excellent choice of ales ( wouldnt looked at them 40 years ago).Bass was top class.Staff very nice and great Atmosphere.Hope its not so long before my next visit.

Good quality real ales. Handy for the railway station. Doesn't open until 2pm at the present time, but may return to opening lunchtime hours when Covid restrictions are eased.

Great place for a cask beer and some good lagers. Saturday afternoon after the football meet up with the away fans.

Tried Bass & Pedigree. Both first class. Cobs available. Dog friendly. Pleasant atmosphere. Excellent bar staff. What more can you want? Highly, I mean highly recommended!!!
