Staff here is very rude & unprofessional. They treat you with no respect. I think all of them just started their job. Just try to sell iohone 14. The indian girl over is so rude. Not recommend. Please teach them some customer service & how to behave.

I have stopped going to cex because my PlayStation ran out of memory, mainly because I buy so many from cex, great place, the games are way more affordable and if I ever have any problems, I take the game in and they’ve always been more than happy to exchange for a working one, there are other shops similar that are right next to this one but strangely I’m always drawn to cex.

If you ever find yourself selling at this cex and for whatever reason they point out any issues (seemingly all the time) to do with the item that means they can't take it, MAKE SURE you ask if there are any other issues - I've been here 4 separate times now fixing any issues they bring up with my item I'm trying to sell and every time they seem to find something else wrong with it, I'm fed up going there now and it feels like they're trying not to give me money for my item that is in fine condition. Absolute JOKE

Do not sell your stuff here!!!One day after drop off the items, we were told some of the items were not functioning, which is not true. So I want to get my items back. However, I called and messaged the staff several times to ask about how to get my items back. Never get a reply!I feel extremely unsafe to go back to the store as there was an robbery on the street on the drop off day. I am willing to arrange an Uber to collect it, or collect it in other branches. I hope there could be at least a communication about how to get my items back.

got some good games here from all systems ps,xbox 360,xbox one games sell consoles,phones,laptops u name it they sell it some games r to expensive though but thats cause their new wait afew months then buy they should lower the prices then thats what i do cant afford new games so i have a look in here
