Was referred to these clowns after using an online PI no win no fee basis. After some initial conversations I thought we had a straightforward strong case but despite this I was completely ghosted after a week and despite me calling to chasing I've been left completely in the dark so I've had no choice but to use a different solicitor to take on my case. What a waste of my time. Looking at other reviews it seems I not alone.

We had our conveyancing processed by Sarah Smyth at Scott Rees and she was very efficient and helpful. We had some problems with the estate agent and they quickly sorted them out. As a company one criticism would be to make it easier to speak in person, but messages and emails were answered quickly. Thankyou for ensuring the process went smoothly.

Just got our keys for our house last Friday - And I am over the moon! Thank you ever so much to Kailey and the team for guiding us all throughout the process.We first loved a different house than this but later on we decided to choose a different house. Despite changes in our decision Kailey has been very patient to us- and to my numerous call specially during the completion. Really appreciate that.The cost is also more affordable compared to the other solicitors. And even if the sale has been completed. Words aren’t enough to express the stress this team has caused me! Case is in regards to me and they not doing anything but asking me for my sons bank account details??? How irrelevant! Sick of going back and forth. Never anyone to speak to as someone’s always leaving or always away. How is this even possible? I was told my case handler would be going on holiday and she ‘reassured’ me someone will be there to contact me themselves to continue with the claim!!! Never heard from anyone. Spoke to team member only for them to cut me off whilst I was speaking???
