Mark was extremely thorough both internally and externally when trying to locate where mice could be getting into kitchen, and found an unlikely location which proved to be the entry point. Did not want to charge me for a 3rd visit so in order for me to take over he sealed the entry point, left bait and set my traps to catch any remaining mice.Mark is very friendly and knowledgeable. More than happy to recommend his services.

Mark is a lovely guy, he is honest, knowledgeable and thorough. He answered my calls, he turned up when he said he would. He was upfront about costs, which were NOT expensive and there were no hidden charges. Mark and my dogs agreed that the rat problem had gone after just one visit. Rats were entering the house. Mark was very knowlegeable in locating the possible route, and highlighted voids in my drains manhole. The drains were baited by Mark and I had the drains repaired. Problem solved. Very happy.Excellent service,

Mark was very friendly and helpful. He called round the day after we telephoned. We asked him to be discrete and he came out of uniform. He did a thorough investigation on his first visit and left bait trails to assess the situation as well as bait boxes. When he returned the bait had done the trick and we no longer have a rat problem. Excellent service from start to finish. Definitely 5 star
