They promised to return my call, which they did and there were subsequent follow up emails. They were gracious in recommending the perfect solution for my requirements and even provided me with a layout /drawing that explained the solution, with all the required materials and connections clearly defined. Staff kept me informed about my order and when I could expect delivery.
