Israel and his team conducted a full roof replacement on our house and what a job there did, the most professional company we have had carryout work on our house from start to finish. We went from having a quote to the job completed within a couple of weeks, a true gentleman, stuck to his word and delivered on time, the communications from start to finish was second to none and is man of his word 10 out 10.100% recommended.

Very quick and efficient service. Roof Force cleaned out my house gutters as well as sealing the drain pipes etc. The team were very thorough and the soffits and fascias look brand new. I can't praise Roof Force, and specifically Israel, enough.Right from day one when he came to look at our roof problem, Israel was 100% professional and polite.Then, because my Mum lives with us due to having Dementia, he and his team agreed to start later than usual, so as to give me time in the morning to get Mum up and about.The job was done as quickly and tidily as possible.It's really hard to know who to trust when it comes to tradesmen, but the thing that really sold Roof Force to me was when Israel said that we needn't pay him a single penny until the job was done, and we were happy.Israel, I can't thank you enough for your understanding and patience with our situation at home. You're a star.

The workmen arrived on time, and carried out the work to an extremely high standard. The roof was replaced and all the rubbish taken away and everything was left clean and tidy. I cannot recommend this firm enough. An excellent and professional job. We are highly delighted with the work and the way it was carried out.

We had excellent communication from Israel from the start. He and his team were polite, helpful, hard working. The roof works were carried out exactly as promised, the work area was left completely tidy. Both before and after we were shown videos of the work, and previous completed works. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Spoken to them for a quote , had to wait 3 weeks before they were available to come out didn't turn up so rang the office, they said we would recieve a call that morning, waited all morning and not got in touch

Well, we've been through the first winter of the repaired roof and it's stood up perfectly. The roof was almost 200 years old and the timbers were rotten; Israel managed to remove the Welsh slates with the minimum of loss so they could be replaced, sourced exactly the right C19th slates where they had to be renewed, and rebuilt the roof in an amazingly short time, keeping us fully informed at every stage. We hope we never need to use him again, but if we do we won't hesitate.
