Heatworks installed a new boiler replacing a 30 year old Potterton. Not particularly straight forward but the fitter was just brilliant. Polite, tidy, methodical, experienced and there were no problems - just answers.

RUDE AND SARCASTIC NO CARE IN THE WORLD FOR HEALTH & SAFETY OF OTHERS! Has absolutely 0 knowledge about the rules on the road he’s so unsafe seems like I’m not the first to complain about his driving !

I recently needed my boiler replacing which I ended up getting several quotes to ensure I got the right people for the job and I can say that HeatWorks were by far the most helpful, down to earth and confident in what they suggested/offered, making the whole process a breeze and far less daunting than I thought it was going to be. They were thorough from start to finish ensuring relevant quotations were provided in person (unlike the others) with no unnecessary costs added on! Scott and Dean were great and would recommend them to all family and friends and will certainly use them again if needed. ⭐️

They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the process.They listened to our needs, explained everything and provided a quote accordingly (which was very competitive and fully adhered to).The Engineer Luke was very punctual, professional and tidy who carried out the work with utmost care. The installation was of the highest quality with absolutely no short cuts taken. After a very long first day, Luke returned bright and early the 2nd day as he was not satisfied with the efficiency of a few of the radiators,ensuring everything was absolutely right before leaving. I highly recommend this company, the engineer was professional and friendly. We had a new boiler, radiator valves, a flush. We needed a new flue and condensating pipe, this was easily done without destroying the wall and rendering. Great they are a local business and we have signed up for a monthly care plan. 10/10

Knowledgable and thorough visit in advance. Work done to time and budget by very helpful and tidy engineer. Full boiler replacement with thermostat valves as requested extra. Recommended to me and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Can’t really ask for much more!

Was recommended this company and having looked up their feedback went ahead and booked a new boiler to be fitted. Dean came and quoted and was thorough so we understood every aspect of the job . Date set fitter Luke turned up on the dot and proceeded to work a solid day with care taken in protecting our premises. Brilliant polite young man who went the extra mile for our satisfaction. Dean and Luke went above and beyond to help me out with some gas works for a new oven installation. They were both friendly, helpful and professional and were able to help me out of a tricky situation, going above what was required of them. Really pleased with the actual works and it was clear that they very much knowledgeable on the latest regs. Would highly recommend Heatworks.

My old boiler, 30+ years old, was going to cost £700 to repair, with no guarantee that something else might not fail. So a new combi boiler was a no brainer. Dean's estimate was slightly cheaper than elsewhere, so Luke appeared bright and early on Monday and dismantled old boiler, immersion heater and water tanks in the loft. On Tuesday the new boiler was installed, along with thermostatic valves. Wednesday saw the rads vented and on Thursday morning Luke went to some trouble to source matching bricks for the hole where the old boiler used to be, and meticulously checked the rads and the boiler performance. He was friendly, polite and tidy throughout. I can't recommend him highly enough.
