Been using these for year but not any more. Last 3 orders have been sub standard, cold or part cooked. Today the order was wrong . No working phone number just a call retrieval service and a live chat that can't contact the take away because there's only a call retrieval service! Don't waste your money here

I regularly purchased food from here on Saturday evenings however after opening my latest order the bulk of which should have been chicken hot wings it was wrong.They had substituted hot wings with chicken strips with absolutely no correspondence with me.After contacting them to complain all they could say over and over was chicken strips cost more" they really didn't see what the problem was.If I had wanted strips I would have order strips

Will not be ordering again!Ordered at 7:28 didnt arrive until 9:05, pizza was cold and har,d (might aswell eat cardboard) chicken was stone cold, rather disappointed. Used to regularly order from here the past couple of times have been ridiculously slow and cold. Not satisfied and will not be ordering again. Suprised they're still in business.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered kebab not cooked properly,no sauce ,salad was old . Disgusting food . Man over phone very rude hanging up on me and wouldn't send a new one . AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wouldn't even give this place a star rating. Partner order food for when I had finished work for 18:45 food arrived half hour early. When partner rang up to complain the owner was very rude saying he can't be bothered and he is too busy to deal with the complaint. He then said he would come and get the food and cancel order but didn't offer a refund.Luckily I was home 5 minutes after the food arrived but was cold and tasted like it had just been sat around for agesAlso found a long blonde/white hair on my foodSafe to say will never be ordering from here againRude customer service

Ordered online at 6:15pm.. eta was 7pm. 8pm still hasn't arrived, called the restaurant the guy was rude and said its on its way the driver had just left.. waited until 8:45 called again only to be told its on its way.. I said you said that 45 minutes ago.. he became rude and aggressive then said they had cancelled the order.. so was actually all lies from the beginning.. shocking place do yourself a favour and avoid. Order from somewhere else.

Ordered 2 x house special kebab, £13.50 each!, defo not worth it!!! Soo less kebab, smalleat portion of chicken/lamb kebab ive seen, also the wings i order were tiny! And chips a bit well done! USA chicken, first and last time.

Always order kebabs from here, they are always spot on, meat is always cooked lovely, i love the chilli sauce, spicy just how it should be. Never waited that long for a delivery either.

Was a regular customer but I won't be anymore there food has gone right down hill comes cold or dripping in grease and by dripping I mean drenched it's disgusting and I paid £11 for a shish mixed kebab and there was literally 6 bits of meat rest was salad absolutely terrible
