Good quality printer cartridges at sensible prices, and delivered speedily. Excellent customer service - when I emailed to confess I'd messed up my order, Colin at UK Office Solutions responded amazingly promptly, and it's quickly resolved.Have used this company twice now and on both occasions have delivered on time and we have been most pleased with their customer service.We Will be using again in the future and would recommend them to friends and colleagues.

SCAM. Avoid at all cost. They have spoken to one of my staff on phone to sell their inks and my staff commits to nothing on phone.. Just listens( She does not have authority to buy) and next thing we get an invoice for £180 for inks we never ordered. We called them to say nobody ordered anything but they have sent the inks regardless. I have spoke them many times to say that inks are not used and they are waiting for collection because we did not order anything. Still they send court letters. !AVOID these people.

They phoned the company where I work and asked what printer we used. They were recording the conversation. A few days later a box of ink cartridges turned up with no sender address and no paperwork inside. A few days later they invoiced us for thousands of pounds. When we phoned to say we hadn't ordered anything from them they played back a badly edited version of the recording and were really abusive. I think it is very telling that when you search for this company the third listing is a warning about about office supply scams from a police website.

Great customer service! Ordered some toner last minute as we had ran out and got delivered within 3 days

Ordered my printer ink cartridges on the Weds, arrived within two days. Came with a handy recycling bag for me to send the empties back in. Very impressed as I hate to throw these in the bin

I had a store room full of empty ink and toner cartridges and UK Office Solutions collected all of them for free and also gave me a free toner!!!! I have continued to recycle with them for the last year and can say I`m very happy with the service they have provide for the business.

Opportunistic and illegal activities. Our legal department have passed over our dealings with this company to Trading Standards who are in the process of compiling a case against them. They won't be around for much longer.

Scam Alert. Cold called to 'confirm' a fictitious order. Printer ink cartridges still sent after cancellation. Emailed and received another call saying they cant find records of me cancelling the order. Long story short - awaiting returns label.Update 05/0/2018: To the owner, in reply to your response - I had emailed yourselves several times before posting a review so you should have my email on your record, not to mention the phone call recordings you should be able to access as well? There is nothing to discuss really, everything is in my email. Since I haven't had a reply to my email to this day, although I received an automated email saying the company has a 48 hour response rate, I doubt the changes" you have undergone."

Before meeting UK Office Solutions in September 2019, all compatible toners that I've tried seemed to show problems and damaging the printer rollers quite easy.Since I've tried the ones from UK Office Solutions the relation between quality/price is highly recommendable.Need to praise their Customer Service skills as well especially Ashleigh which is swift in every occasion, nothing is too much.Definitely will keep working with this partnership.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. THEY PUT A PRETEND ORDER THROUGH THAT WE NEVER EVEN ORDERED FOR RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED INK CARTRIDGES. WE DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DISGUSTING COMPANY STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
