Pitstop are always great. They do what you ask, and give clear sensible advice. Their prices are reasonable and the reception area is clean enough (it's a garage, so that's all relative!).

Have no idea how to speak to customers and I have a feeling they don't know much about what goes on under the bonnet of a vehicle either. Had my van over 2 weeks and couldn't find anything wrong. Either couldn't be bothered or are clueless

Used Pitstop in Bingham for years and would use no one else, very friendly, fair pricing and a wealth of knowledge.Always up to date with much needed modern equipment that is required for diagnostics etc, no one does it better in my opinion.

Just such bad customer service! Took our car in because of a slow puncture, owner said he'd call me by lunchtime. At 2pm I called him and was told it's still not ready and they would call me. At 4pm I called again and was told car was ready but they had broken the tyre pressure sensor and I'd need to drop it back in. After collection the owner said he'd call me the following day when they got the part. 2 days later I called to see what was happening, he said the part would be in in a few days, although I was going on holiday on that particular day so arranged to do it when I was back. I asked if I could wait whilst he did it and he told me no problems as it's only a 15 minute job. Eventually when we got back from our holiday my wife took it in with our 3 week old baby. The owner made her wait 2hrs and didn't care that she had a newborn. The owner is rude and doesn't know how to talk to paying customers. All this over a pathetic puncture. Stay away from this place, this guy should not be doing business and interacting with the general public! What an absolute fiasco!

I recently asked Pit Stop to investigate a brake light falure having checked the bulb myself. They told me it was a wiring loom issue so ordered one from Germany it took 9 weeks when the loom arrived i replaced it but no result . I found the problem myself it was the high level brake light strip full of water. Pit Stop removed all of the wiring loom clips and used cable ties to secure the loom. They charged me £80 and incured me in £200 for the loom. Dont trust these people with any electrical work they do not know what they are doing.

Been using Pitstop for over 8 years for MOTs, services and repairs, professional service and the job always gets done right.Recently had a problem with my Lexus diesel constantly going into limp mode, they got it all sorted and running like new.Thanks Paul and team.

I have used Pitstop for all of my vehicles, from MoT work to fitting tyres to more major work. They fitted new bushes to my wife's BMW cabrio rapidly and efficiently. They also tackled a really fiddly job on my Chevy G20 van (fitting a new power-steering system) and did a great job at a great price. I'd recommend them, they have always been great with me.

Looked at our tyre and couldn't find a fault. Only 5 minutes work but wouldn't let me give them anything for their time. They'll be getting paid work from us soon enough.

Simply terrible.I was quoted an all-in price previous to the work. After the work was 'complete', I was charged additional vat.Noted an oil leak developed after the work was 'complete', to which they didn't admit fault or offer a solution.The leak to my car cost £100 to fix at an alternative garage - only labor.To recap: over charged, poor workmanship and terrible customer service.
