Tried to remove my earier review but unable. I have just been into Star Legal and found the receptionist exceedingly helful. I saw Mr Stephen Pearne quickly and my problem was resolved pleasantly and efficiently. My earlier review was based on 2 phonecalls to a temporary membet of staffCan now highly recommend Star.Legal

Victoria Draper from star legal helped my partner and I with the sale our properties and the purchase of our new property together. Working with her was an absolute breath of fresh air. We were kept informed throughout the whole process without ever having to chase her for an update. Pinkerton & Leeke were a wonderful Solicitors and they have been my family Solicitors for 40 years. Since the amalgamation with Star Legal I have found the people who answer the phone slow. I am still waiting for a return phonecall promised yesterday.

Extremely slow and disorganised. Communication is non existent. I would say they have traditional (outdated and slow) processes but not traditional service. I have used Star Legal in Bristol and they are 5 stars. Clearly this is a management and staff issue over company.
