Tried to book my car in for a diagnosis and repair of what ever needs to be done. Booked my car in. Turned up on the morning and told his machine is knackered!! His mannerisms and being polite is out the window as he comes across as a joker!!Took my car elsewhere and was booked in strait away and work was done next day with genuine VW parts.I know next time not to bother with this name - poor service and poor customercare.

Can't rate this garage enough! Brought my Mercedes A160 into him with the engine management light on, he diagnosed the Mass air flow senor was causing the problem, he took off the part and sent it away to be refurbished, it was a post back next day service, therefore i was only without my car 2 days and the best thing is NO more engine management light and Thankfully its ready for its MOT. Thanks again V Dub, ill be using you again and recommending your garage to everybody. Hate being a woman and finding a garage to trust but I have now.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. He is advertising that he is using genuine oils, but putting in the car non-genuine oils. He destroyed my car.

Great service today on my BMW, saved me loads of money on dealer prices and the owner was really knowledgable even though they advertise VW group. Will definitely use this place again. A friend recommended him and so will I. Thanks

Drove 3h to buy a adui a5 wing. They sent me pictures of the wing and looked like the damage was minimal. When I arrived the damage was nothing compared to the imagines. I asked if there was any damage and they said it was fine and it was dirty when it wasn't. Honestly this place is a waste of time and when I tried to explain to him that what he did was not right him and his partner got quite rude to me. AS I SAID THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME AND NOT FRIENDLY.

Would not use ever again. My vehicle only went in for a routine check but came out plagued with problems it had never had. Regret ever using this garage.
