My son joined UKCK when he was 4 years old. He was very shy and had no confidence or self belief. The instructors were absolutely fantastic, encouraging him all the way and helping him not only with karate, but to believe in himself. Now 22 years later he is still there, a Black Belt 4th dan and also an instructor. UKCK is not just a club ...it's a family.

I have been involved with UKCK since it started on and off. Training as a junior then getting the opportunity to take my son to start his Karate journey.Great instructors, great members and great atmosphere. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and the teaching is brilliant.

My son has been training with UKCK since he was 5 years old, he is still there at 18 and is now a black belt.The fantastic instructors have helped to give him confidence and discipline which will stand him in good stead for the rest of his life. I have recently started training myself, unfortunately covid has interrupted this somewhat (amongst many other things).I would not hesitate to recommend UKCK as a club for anyone of any age or experience who is considering martial arts training.

I've being with UKCK for over 30 years and staying with a martial arts club for this long speaks for itself! From red through to Black Belt and to chief instructor level running my own club helping others to achieve goals both martial arts related and personal. I have performed in and organised numerous demonstrations, competitions and tournaments and won titles but more importantly made life long friendships, memoriesand skills. UKCK is more than just trophies and awards it will help you in ways you never thought. As the associations motto it can help you be the best you can be!!!

I've been a member of UKCK since I was 4, training week in week out and the commitment, dedication and hard work put in by all the Instructors every week is outstanding. While focus and discipline are important aspects to the club and the art, this doesn't stop the Instructors from creating a welcoming, friendly environment whereby everyone is welcome. Being with UKCK for most of my life has certainly helped me increase not only my fitness, but my confidence and has helped me grow into who I am today and I cannot thank the Instructors enough.

I've been with UKCK for 15 years and and the club has helped me with my confidence and self defence and help me grow as a person. The instructors are amazing they all have a wealth of knowledge and the experience to back themselves up with. They will help you on your journey through martial arts and the path you decide to go down. Would recommend to anyone.

Started my martial arts training with UKCK twenty two years ago.Still there now, enjoying my training and also passing on my knowledge to others. UKCK clubs are enjoyable, friendly and welcoming. The instructors within UKCK have an enormous amount of knowledge and experience.

I have been a member of UKCK for just over 2 years. As soon as I started I felt really welcomed by everyone and so comfortable talking to all of the instructors if I ever wasn’t too sure on something and wanted some extra guidance. It’s a pleasure being part of such an incredibly friendly kickboxing class. I would 100% recommend this club to anyone interested in starting martial arts whether it’s karate or kickboxing. I started here with no knowledge of martial arts and I am currently working on achieving my green belt in kickboxing!

I have been a proud member of UKCK for many years on and off! The love that comes from the group every-time I’m back is incredible. The cliche “we’re like a family” is a true statement, the UKCK are a family and are an amazing support network. Whether it be to punch out stresses of work, or someone just to talk to. UKCK will always be a part of my heart and I’ll never forget any of the experiences that they have given me. If you want an amazing second family as well as awesome karate and kickboxing lessons, UKCK is the place to go!
