I had a large shed (20ft by 9ft) which had sprung too many leaks and needed replacing. I requested quotes from various companies and selected P16 Garage Demolition as I was impressed with Darren's response, attention to detail and competitive quote.Darren and his team arrived as promised and very quickly set about work on the hottest day of the year so far (sorry for that!). They were professional, very friendly and completed the job much faster than I expected.The site was left impressively clean and they even provided a Duty of care waste transfer note so I knew the shed had been correctly disposed of.I would highly recommend P16 Garage Demolition.Thanks again for all your help.

Brilliant job removing a garage with an asbestos roof. Job completed in a day with a fence erected. Area left immaculate and prepared for a new driveway. All waste removed and all the paperwork completed. Very honest and hard workers. Cannot recommend highly enough. Many, many thanks Darren.

P16 Demolition did an excellent job of removing a 5x3 meter wooden workshop including the concrete base in our back garden.This thing had been there for decades, but with the right tools and superb team work Darren and his team dismantled the workshop piece by piece, then the same with the floor.Finally, everything was removed and taken away to be recycled.Seriously, a very professional company that I definitely highly recommend.

I needed my 40+ year old concrete sectional garage demolished as it was an eyesore. It also had an asbestos roof that had to go.I found P16 Garage Demolition online and contacted them. Darren came straight round the next day and looked at the job. He explained in detail what he would do and that he handles and disposes of asbestos as per H&S regulations which were my main concern. He quoted what I thought was a great price.On the day, he arrived with his team and went straight to work soaking the asbestos in PVA spray to prevent any asbestos dust contamination while they removed the roof. The men wore disposable overalls, gloves and masks and all pieces were wrapped in strong black polythene and sealed with duct tape.The concrete garage was disassembled with care and all debris was cleared from the site leaving it totally clean. The whole process took about 6 hours. Overall, a very good experience from Darren and his team and was very pleased with the result.All paperwork was supplied including the all-important asbestos hazardous waste consignment note which followed a few days later when it had been stamped by the authorised disposal site.I would have no problem with recommending Darren’s P16 Company for a garage removal and disposal, look no further if you want a good job done right.

Darren and his team did a great job of removing our garage today. They worked hard, and got the job done quickly. They were respectful to us and our neighbours and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Darren was great at communicating with us before and leading up to the project. Darren and his team did an absolutely fantastic job. Darren came to look at the job and explained in detail what they would need to do, he was very professional and made me feel at ease. Darren sent the quote quickly and arranged for the work to be carried out the following week, which was amazing. They arrived early on the day and got to work straight away. They were very hard working especially in the heat, and literally worked non-stop. They were very respectful to us, our neighbours and our property. They cleared the waste from the garage prior to removing the asbestos roof and demolition of the garage. They were very tidy throughout and left the site spotless. I received the paperwork for the waste disposal and asbestos disposal. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Darren and his team, they are very polite, professional and extremely hard working.

P16 Garage Demolition provided a faultless and seamless service including all documentation for the safe removal of cement bonded asbestos roofing materials.When researching contractors for the works, they were the only one that provided copies of insurance and asbestos removal licences.Definitely recommend

Darren promptly arrived at site to quote for the demolition and removal of a single garage with an asbestos roof, he gave us a quote on site backed up by email and attached all of his insurance and asbestos licence details.We arranged a date for the following week and they arrived early and completed the works in a day.The following day by email we received a Hazardous Waste Consignment Certificate for the disposal of the asbestos roof.Would definitely recommend.
