First left a review a couple of years ago after the staff did a brilliant job of stringing and sorting the tension in my guitar and left it sounding like a different and better instrument. Today I was buying a mid-price ukulele and was served by a very knowledgeable young guy (just typing that makes me feel ancient!) who helped me find a lovely instrument within my budget with no pressure to buy, and I had a nice chat with the owner. Both were kind and enthusiastic, telling me about the businesses' charitable work with schools. I've bought a few small things from here over the years - ranging from plectrums and tuners to the ukulele I got today - and no matter how small the purchase, staff are super helpful and obviously care about customers and the business.

Phenomenal service, got great advice for a guitar, and came back twice to get it tweaked after buying it, totally free of charge. All the owners and staff I met clearly love their jobs.

Went in to have a look at guitars, ended up leaving with guitar and amp. Lovely lady in there was brilliant and helpful, let me have a play on few different things. Is lovely to see a local music shop, they are few and far between these days!!

Great experience. Had a solid selection of electro acoustics on the website so I stopped by. Was shown a used guitar above my price range, and got given a sizeable discount to match my budget. A bit outside my local area but really worth it. Thank you to Phillip and Miranda!

Really nice and respectful Guitar shop. They will honour each client and try to show them the time of day. This isn't so easy when you're dealing with loads of guitar enquiries every day. It's nice to see something like this thriving in Penge.
