My bearded dragon sadly passed last week. I rang Dawn, and she said I could bring him in whenever I was ready, there was no rush or pressure on when it would be. She explained the options for caskets, and was so lovely to me on the phone while I was upset.She has treated him with respect and has looked after him well for me. I can’t explain my appreciation.

On Sunday 22.1.23 We had to make a very difficult decision to say goodbye to one of our beautiful little mini Dachis Archie who became ill very suddenly Archie and Olly were inseparable slept together played together walked together its heart breaking to see how much Olly is missing our lovely Archie right now. We arrived home from the Vets looked online found Tamar Valley Pet Cremation and phoned them spoke to a lovely lady who was compassionate and kind who arranged for us to get Archie there for 1100am the next morning where we met Luke who looked after us he was kind and very helpful throughout . After having to make the difficult decision to put my beloved cat Saphy to sleep Dawn and her family were amazing to myself and my mum. We dropped her off after leaving the vets and the experience was made so easy by all. Can tell everyone really cares and I was able to have my Saphy back home quickly. We cannot thank Dawn and her family enough for what they have done for us. Everything was perfect and we have our boy safely at home in a beautiful urn. Dawn was more than happy to fulfil our every request and looking after our fur baby on his final journey. He was returned safely to us with some beautiful keepsakes. I rang dawn at Tamar valley just after I had to have my dog put to sleep and she was fantastic, within an hour she had collected my boy and taken him away. Around 24 hours later dawn returned him to us at our house. Great service and very helpful during an incredibly difficult time for us. Thank you so much

This was the first time I have used Tamar Valley pet Cremation Service and I am amazed and astonished at their compassion and efficiency.My Emily (cat) passed only yesterday. She was collected from home after a quick call, and brought back to me after less than a day. We were devastated after we lost our lovely dog Alfie suddenly in December and our vet recommended them. We called Dawn and she was very compassionate and kind. We took him up to them and Claire met us. She was absolutely fantastic. Later the same day Dawn called saying he was ready for us to collect. If you ever lose a pet this is the place to take them. Fabulous service and compassionate people. We couldn't recommend a better place. A lovely setting for your beloved pets final farewell. Thank you Dawn and Claire. ❤️

On Saturday 25.3.23 my cat, Michael, died suddenly and unexpectedly at home. I called Dawn on Monday who picked Michael up from the vets in Plymouth for me the following day. By Wednesday he was ready to collect.Dawn made all the logistics that go along with this situation very easy and was professional and compassionate throughout. I asked her if she would try to get a paw or nose print from Michael for me, which she was happy to do and, when I picked him up, everything was ready to collect in a little bag with the sweet personal touch of a condolence card from her and her family.I would recommend the sleeping cat urn, which is bigger than I expected and was bubble wrapped for protection within the bag.Thank you Dawn for providing a positive experience at a very upsetting time.
