I had my first appointment with Carla this week. She was very knowledgable and able to focus on my specific issue quickly. 24h later I feel much better, and the exercises she gave (not too many, not too complicated) are proving helpful. The central Hove location is great.

I saw Shani this evening for my first ever osteopath appointment. She is very kind and friendly which instantly put me at ease. She asked lots of questions to get a good background and target my problem. The treatment was comfortable and she is clearly very knowledgable. I would definitely recommend an appointment for anyone who of suffering with an injury/pain

Carla has been helping me with an upper back issue that I've had on and off for 20+ years. I've had sessions with physiotherapists before with mixed results, and decided to try and Osteopath. Carla noticed something in my posture that no one had picked up on - that combined with manipulation has really helped my back stay comfortable. I'd highly recommend.

Been seeing Carla for various issues over the last few years. I wouldn't use anyone else now. She is the only person who is able to quickly diagnose an issue and give really effective treatment. She's also super chilled and friendly - so coupled with her extensive knowledge I think you'd struggle to find an offering as good as this in Brighton or anywhere nearby. 100 % recommend.

I can’t recommend Carla’s work enough. I’ve struggled with persistent and debilitating neck spasms for over two years, and no one has been able to work out why. Carla fit me in on the same day a spasm started, got a really detailed understanding of my history, assessed me, came up with a theory and managed to stop the spasm in its tracks (this has never been possible before). She explained the issue to me in a way that was easy to understand, and now I’m able to start proactively managing the condition with her support.I’m sure anyone who experiences unexplained pain will know, it’s just such a relief to have someone who works to find an answer. Carla is also super friendly and professional.

Recently I sustained a lower back injury at the gym and within a few hours could feel all the surrounding muscles going into spasm, even sitting or any kind of movement became extremely painful. I managed to get an appointment that same day with Carla and briefed her that I had an event I really could not miss attending in 48 hours time. Carla got to work and included some acupuncture on the muscles in spasm, the following day she told me to expect everything to be sore (and it was) however come the following day (event day) I felt 95% fixed and attended my event without suffering any discomfort. I had a follow-up session with Carla the following week and that was all that was needed to completely fix me. This is the second time I've needed Carla's help, both occasions I have been discharged after just a couple of sessions, I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Shani has been absolutely amazing! She is friendly, caring and from the start I felt comfortable and safe. She always talks you through everything she is going to do and makes sure you are okay with it. I would definitely recommend seeing Shani!

Can't recommend enough! Had lingering shoulder issue for 2 years- had no luck with chiropractor or NHS physio, had almost given up hope but after a few sessions at Bright am almost completely healed. Shani very skilled and always friendly & fun to talk to during treatment. 5* all around

About 5 years ago I had a terrible back injury that caused me to struggle walking and doing my job as a full time hairstylist, this was due to poor posture and just lack of care on my part! The first visit with Carla completely fixed my posture and removed so much pain, ever since I have been going to see Carla regularly for treatments to keep me going in my busy job! She also gives great advice on how to keep my posture correct and how to alleviate discomfort in between visits. Everyone I've recommended to see her comments on how professional, and approachable she is, and I agree!
