Due to forced circumstances, the time came recently for me to sell on with them as my agent. We recently used CJ Hole to sell our property when we found our dream home and had to move quickly to get ours on the market to be able to proceed. Tim was really helpful and we managed to get our house on the market quickly and with minimal fuss. The sale process itself was relatively straightforward and the team at CJ Hole kept us informed throughout. We are not planning to move again but would not hesitate in recommending CJ Hole to anyone that is looking to sell.

We used C J Hole, as we had purchased the property through them 7 years ago, for our elderly parents and it was great to have a local agent, who were familiar with the area. From the first contact, their service was excellent, professional and friendly. They gave us advice and tips throughout the process. We luckily sold quickly and the whole sales process was easy and took the pressure off us. They also provided a shoulder to cry on, as had just experienced a death and did not really want to sell the property. They kept in touch with us throughout and it was great to be able to just pop in for a chat, or get documents copied. The whole team were fabulous throughout, from first valuation to completion. I have to say, I rent my property out with CJ Hole in Hucclecote and I have no worries at all. Everything has been done very professionally and within time scales keeping me at ease. Even when I've asked for advice on changes to the rental agreement, tenants etc all the staff have been wonderful & very helpful. Highly & fully recommend CJ Hole for rentals.

What a woefully awful letting agents. To say they lack good customer service would imply that they have at least some amount of it- they don’t. They do not care about their tenants or their welfare and will try to penny-pinch wherever they can. Their staff are wholly unprofessional and will take days responding to claims, yet when they have something they need they expect it immediately.I let from CJ Hole Hucclecote and was disgusted by moving in to a dirty flat with mould in. During the tenancy there were issues that took months to resolve and CJ Hole Hucclecote dragged their heels at every turn. After quite a significant incident, one might expect the basic human and decent thing to do would be to compensate for their failings and lack of care and professionalism. Unfortunately not, CJ Hole bury their heads in the sand and ignore the issues of their tenants. CJ Hole claim that their customers are important to them, I’m still waiting for evidence of this, after all of their wild unprofessionalism, I doubt it exists. I will never use CJ Hole again and I will recommend to any would-be home buyers or renters to stay well away unless you want horrendous customer service and a lack of care.
