Just purchased a banner for the org I work for. Helpful staff made the process painless and delivery was fast. Quality of the banner itself is great - printed on robust material that looks like it will last, the unit (the budget model) is solid and very easy to set-up. It comes with a very good protective case too. Quality of the printing - colours and resolution - is superb. We've ended up with a bright, eye-catching banner that will be very useful. Impressed with the fast and friendly service!I ordered some banners that had wording which needed to be changed and the Printdesign team were helpful and allowed me to send back the banners for them to re-design the graphics and wording. We ordered the promotional cubes for an exhibition. The artwork was really easy to set up. Customer service was excellent and kept you thoroughly up to date with progress and production. Just received our banners and used for the first time - very well received!They look absolutely stunning, most people thought we must have spent a fortune on them! We ordered two of the Quickroll Lite banners and they are perfect! Everyone is extremely pleased with them, which is great. We have many exhibitions to attend and these are great for that purpose. The artwork was checked, free of charge, and the banners were sent very quickly. Customer service is excellent and overall the service was seamless.
