My brother ordered flowers from here for my mam's birthday. Bouquet arrived and it was practically dead. Must have been the flowers they had left over from a weekend that they wanted rid of. We did let them know the state of the flowers were unacceptable and they came back with another bouquet that was just as bad. It even had less flowers in than the original. Would NEVER use this florist. Unless of course, you want to be ripped off. The photos provided are of the second bouquet, taken the day we received them, not worth £35 at all.
