Flight Culture

Flight Culture is so much more than a paragliding school/guided holiday company. John and the team are the most welcoming bunch who have somehow created such a wonderful para-family. I've been back multiple times with John, both to learn (CP+, tandem training) and to help out/ an excuse to holiday again with my fav para people. John makes safe decisions when it comes to flying and knows the sites he takes groups to very well, I've learned (and continue to learn) so much from the Flight Culture team and just wish I had more free time to go on all their amazing trips! All my times with Flight Culture have been full of fun, laughter, learning and flying!

Great fun, even though the weather didn't completely cooperate, but we got some great flights and had a great time! I would definitely repeat the experience.

The best part of a Paralab or Flight culture holiday is the massive smile everybody has on their face from start to finish, and that’s what happens when everything is perfect.

Fantastic week with flight culture in France. Can't recommend this course highly enough. Safe learning environment in which to progress in this amazing sport. John, Izzy and Phil along with the rest of the team looked after us all week with endless enthusiasm and knowledge about paragliding. If you're thinking about trying it out there is simply no better place or group to learn with.

Have been on several trips with Mr John Welch @ Flightculture and quite frankly have always had an amazing time. Not only great professional teaching and flying, but lovely company and entertainment.Can't wait to go again..

I resuscitated my long-lapsed paragliding rating with John some years back and, subsequently, have been on multiple trips with his team (planning more!). Can’t speak highly enough of these moments - John always uses his many years of experience to curate the perfect balance of safe/progressive flying with a lot of fun, camaraderie and fine food on the ground. Per Flight Culture’s ethos, I have made many friends with the instructor team and co-pilots en route. Truly first class.

I learnt to paraglide with John and have been on several of his flying trips abroad. I cannot recommend Flight Culture highly enough! He has a fantastic team of instructors with a wealth of experience in the sport.John's teaching style is calm, patient and confidence inspiring. If you manage to find a space on one of his Dune du Pilat trips, make sure you confirm your place immediately - you won't regret it!

Had loads of fun on two course at Flight Culture over the past couple of years. professional teaching mixed with good fun atmosphere, and great food on the foreign courses!
