We started a new business early 2022, they helped set up our laptops, cloud, shared drives, phone system and provide us with ongoing service. What a pleasure it is to deal with an IT company that speaks to you like you are human and that you don't know all the latest IT lingo.Having experienced some technical issues I asked One Stop IT if they could resolve for me. It has to be said but the service in both the way they interact with you, speak with you so you understand what has been the issue, is simply outstanding and the timely manner in which they resolve the issue is fantastic. Whilst most of the issue could be resolved, there was a residual issue with Microsoft resulting in a new licence needing to be acquired, they even offered to get this installed for me.It is clear that they take pride in offering outstanding customer service and can heartily recommend business owners to use One Stop IT
