Banya No.1 - Hoxton

What a great experience. This was my first spa treatment, and it was much needed after a 10-hour flight to London the previous day. The staff was warm and welcoming and very helpful in guiding a newcomer through the experience. The Parenie experience was amazing. It felt as though I was melting on that table, in the best possible way. I'll definitely be visiting again before this trip is over. Thank you, Banya No. 1!

This was my first Banya experience and it was amazing to say the least. The booking process was easy and the additional information given in their confirmation email was helpful to manage my expectations.The staff are all friendly and made my first visit extremely smooth. I felt 0 judgment from any staff members and was comfortable the entire time. They have info cards around the spa so I can have some direction on where to go and what to do.The sauna was steamy and hot as one would expect and a cold shower after really hits the spot before taking a deep plunge in the cold pool.All of the treatments were relaxing and stimulated blood circulation leaving me feeling refreshed, energized, and solid peace of mind.I recommend getting the gold package to experience the best treatments and amenities this location has to offer.

The atmosphere was tranquil, not overly crowded, allowing for a more personal and relaxing experience. I also found the banya session to be an excellent way to recover after a workout, rejuvenating both body and mind. Tasty dumplings served, adding unique culinary twist to the experience.

I absolutely loved my experience at Banya. I loved it so much that I need it to become a monthly routine in my life. The Parenie treatment was intense and I rarely ever use a plunge pool at a spa, but it was the most amazing feeling after and I'm still feeling great a day after from the treatment. I did the silver package which I highly recommend as you get a good taste of what they have to offer. Loved the Honey & salt scrub which is a must do when you go there. The mud mask was nice too. Authentic Russian cuisine was a nice touch in between treatments as well. Everyone there was helpful, facilities nice and clean, and I will definitely be returning!!

I had the loveliest morning at Banya No.1. I went alone for some much-needed relaxation and recovery from a half marathon and it was wonderful. Incredibly attentive staff who remember your name, spotless facilities and the Parenie was like a religious conversion! Thank you so much.

I visited Banya No.1 with my partner for his birthday and we had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. We indulged in some of their luxurious treatments, which left us feeling relaxed and recharged. The food was fresh and delicious, and the tea they served us made us feel super healthy. Overall, I highly recommend Banya No.1 for anyone looking for a rejuvenating and indulgent experience.

Everything was perfect and amazing besides the awful service in a restaurant, that’s why 4 out of 5. When we come with friends to enjoy our time together, book this exceptional experience and plan it ahead we would expect that everything would be great. However, I felt like in the restaurant were weren’t welcomed, weren’t wanted or maybe girls who work there are not happy about the job or place where they work in.I hope next time when we bring more friends and plan our celebration in Banya No. 1 restaurant service will improve or at least we will receive a smile from a waitress which was lacking so much last night.

My first trip to Banya No.1 was incredible, it exceeded my already high expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful creating an environment where I could feel peaceful and relaxed. My parenie treatment was great and the lounge is a great place to chill out between treatments and the sauna.I have recommended it to just about everyone I’ve spoken to since, I will definitely be returning and making a habit of the treatments.

Such a good day out. I had been once before but took my husband for his first parenie - he loved it! we also loved having beers and crayfish in between sessions. 10/10 would recommend
