Fabulous. Arrived with terrible hearing and twenty minutes later the leaves being blown across the car park were too loud. Steven explained the procedure in full, made sure I was comfortable and went to work. Totally pain free and for me , life changing. Already recommended to friends and family.

I have struggled with wax build up since I became a teenager and after one attempt at irrigation with water many years ago, I struggled on, trying to manage the issue with large amounts of olive oil. In 2021 I came across Steve and thought I'd give microsuction a try! It was one of the best things I've done. Steve is very friendly and explained the whole procedure. It's completely painless, although a bit noisy (I mean it is in your ear!), and is over pretty quickly. Each time I visit Steve I can't get over how much I can hear after clearing out the wax build-up over the months. I have recommended Steve to friends and family I've been so impressed, all of whom have been equally pleased. Thank you!

Visited Steve at Somerset Ear Micosuction for the second time. About six months previously my right ear was blocked with wax and on this recent occasion the left ear was blocked. On both occasions the matter was sorted out with maximum efficiency and minimum fuss. First rate clinic with a simple booking procedures.
