Katy and Lunar Ice have been superb. Having had to cancel a very special party last year due to COVID, they very kindly reimbursed my money and as soon as we could rearrange, we got back in touch. Katy delivered the ice two hours before the party, as agreed. An amazing service that I wholeheartedly recommend. Huge thanks, Katy to you and your team.

Lunar Ice delivered the ice for a do we had this weekend. Katy was super prompt with all communications. She turned up on time and was kind enough to let me have more than I’d ordered, even though this meant a return to base before her next delivery. Absolutely first class service.

The team at Lunar Ice provided fantastic customer service. I had multiple questions relating to bag dimensions, amount of ice for a wedding etc., which Katy and co were able to support. Delivery was at the specified time on the morning of the wedding, with all ice still frozen and of a standard expected (cubes, not crushed). Would happily recommend to others
