A really lovely assessment centre. Facilities are great and the staff are pleasant and very welcoming.

I recently sat my exam in the centre and had a very positive experience. Before the exam there was a more relaxed area to wait. The exam room had large desks for materials, was set up well and was quiet. During the exam the invigilators are not in the room (they monitor the room using cameras) which was really nice as you didn’t feel like someone is stood over you. If you need help during the exam you raise your hand and they are very quick at responding. After the exam they asked how the exam went and because I had issue with the exam software they were really supportive and help me report the issues. It felt like they really cared about your experience and how it had gone.

I recently took one of the RCPCH exam at Pitman Training Newcastle center and I was very impressed with the overall experience.The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was professional and friendly. They were very attentive to the needs of the students and made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed.I also appreciated the convenient location of the exam center. It was only a short walk from my home, so I didn't have to worry about traffic or parking.Overall, I had a very positive experience at this exam center and I would highly recommend it to others.

Really great place. Staff are very professional and helpful, especially Alia. I took an exam and the area is calm and clean and quiet! Toilet and break area are super clean too. And soooo close to Newcastle train station.

The new Pitman Training centre is bright and spacious, and the staff is friendly and wonderfully accommodating: they let me disinfect the keyboard and mouse before I started my AAT exam! Lucky for me, on this Monday afternoon there were only me, two staff members and another person who was also sitting an exam - this was my first exam since 2019 and I was really anxious, but the whole environment quickly calmed me down. Thank you Pitman Training Newcastle, I’ll definitely come back for the rest of my exams!

All I can do is praise every member of staff that works at pitman’s such a warm friendly atmosphere and they cannot do enough for you! The building is bright, fresh and clean they also offer a selection of hot and cold beverages! Definitely my choice of exam centre!

I did my AAT exam today at Pitman centre in Newcastle. I am very happy with the service provided. It’s my third exam in the centre, never had any problems. Alia and the other staff members are very attentive, nothing is too much trouble. The exam area was all ready, checks done. Everything necessary was provided even earplugs, which I found very useful.
