I cannot recommend Special Branch Tree Services enough!! Tom Udale and his fantastic team have done the most amazing job on removing our tree! They were so quick , so efficient, so professional, so friendly and incredibly reasonable. They had spent most of their day in the most awful rain doing other jobs but it didn't faze them! His team were fully equipped wearing protective gear etc. They disposed of the tree on site using their own machine. They were so cheerful and just a delight to me around. Tom came highly recommended and they were absolutely right!

We asked Tom to do a quote for removal of several tree stumps and the root system of an old ivy hedge that we had chopped down. He arrived at the agreed time and did a thorough examination of the site and gave advice about a damaged tree. The quote arrived a couple of days later which was accepted and a date was set for the work. The work was carried out efficiently and the site was tidied at the end. A brilliant job! We can thoroughly recommend the company.

It's not my habit to make a point of giving negative feedback, but my rating above is for the following reasons:-I had my neighbour’s agreement to allow access via their garden for the stump grinder (only). On arrival Tom and his team decided to use their garden for access for the whole job, including dragging large pieces of conifer out to the shredder which they parked in my neighbour’s drive. As a result the lawn in their garden looked awful as it was very wet and muddy. I almost begged Tom NOT to do this, but he insisted as it was easier for his team. My neighbours were not happy and this has caused me some distress.-Some stumps were missed as there was some garden fencing wire in the way of their grinder which only took me 10 minutes to remove once they’d lef, but which apparently they couldn't make time to remove. Tom agreed they would return to chainsaw down these stumps but only ‘at their convenience’. 2 months later and they still haven’t done it so I'll have to get someone else.-The lad that was supposed to rake out the large bits of stump raked them into a pile at the bottom of the garden and buried them under soil: shoddy.I was tempted to withold payment until 'it was convenient' but since I've given up on having the stumps removed, I've paid the considerable bill.I'm particularly disappointed given all the positive reviews on here.

I have used Special Branch's services twice now and have been really happy on both occasions. The jobs have been to remove tree branches overhanging my fence, which Tom and his team were able to do quickly and efficiently, leaving the garden exactly as they found it. When setting up the appointment Tom was really polite and friendly too, so generally would really recommend this company.

Great service from Tom and the team on our tree pollarding. Tidy and efficient and obviously carried out with care, with all debris swept up and cleared away. Competitive price too. Just what you need. Will certainly book again next time round. Thanks!

I commissioned Special Branch to do some fairly extensive work including the removal of 2 trees. The work was completed in a single day and everything was left tidier than it had been before work commenced. The team worked very hard and completed the job exactly to specification. I can’t recommend Tom and his team highly enough. I will definitely be using them again.

Timely, efficient, tidy and knowledgeable!I am so pleased with the work that Tom and his team have done for us, they removed two trees from our small but densely planted garden without causing any damage to underlying plants, trimmed a range of other trees and removed all the debris....no hesitation in recommending Special Branch Tree services!

Great service! Tom and his team came to fell a massive willow tree, but it was made trickier with limited access to the back garden. They were fast, professional, polite and left the garden clean and tidy. They did a really impressive job.I would thoroughly recommend using Special Branch Tree Services
