I ordered food 4.35 pm for 8 pm it turned up 45 mins late ,f ood was Luke warm , poppadoms were stale ,not at all happy

Been having food for a good few year from here. But last night was so disappointed.The price of the mixed starter has gone up but have dropped the seaweed and not much sauce with the satay chicken. Worst was the half &half , chips hard and cold and the sweet and sour sauce was tasteless.Please pull your socks up & return to the great takeaway you used to be.

This takeaway seems to be a little bit pricier than the other Chinese takeaways in the area, but in my opinion the quality of the food justifies it. Good size portions, cooked perfectly and superb flavours. It's the only one we go to since discovering it.

Food is so good, has to be the best in merthyr. However the woman who takes the phone calls has the most vile attitude I have ever come across!!! I would rate her customer service skills zero if I could becasue she really let's the place down!!! Whilst ordering I asked what the smallest portion of chicken balls were and asked could I have them. When they didnt turn up I rang to say and the woman became very indenial and started to scream down the phone at me stating she did not get my order wrong and I didnt even order chicken balls. I was in such shock I had to hang up before I even got the chance to ask if I could order some. I have never been spoken to with such disrespect in my life!!! What happened to apologies?

Really enjoyed my food tonight takeaway was on time and the grub was stunning

This Chinese used to be one of the best in merthyr- now they have increased their prices through the roof and it's becoming a bit of a joke, couldn't justify paying nearly £20 for 2 half and halfs and 5 (tiny) chicken balls- talk about greedy!You can't even pay by card so they can't exactly be HMRC friendly!

My regular go to chinese superb food with excellent service...never had a bad meal.

Tonight we had the worse food ever from Golden Valley!! Ordered from here for years but this will be the last.. Our order was a mess and wrong for the start and the rest of the food was rank. £40 in the bin.Don't know whether there's a new chef there or under new management if so it's going to lose alot of custome

Twice, we had a missing item that we had paid for and both times they refused refund and basically accused me of lying! Family if six, weekly Chinese elsewhere now.
