Booked LJH for a domestic electrical inspection which was needed urgently for insurance purposes. The real problem was length of time it took to get the report ... I had to chase on several occasions and it took nearly three weeks after the inspection to receive the report. Also, an extra £100 + VAT to include a simple outbuilding felt a little excessive.They then sent me the same invoice three times within a week, despite their terms being 30 days nett. A shame such dedication and enthusiasm didn't extend to the report delivery!Whilst the inspection and report itself seemed to be done well, an overall lack of organisation left me feeling rather dissatisfied with the whole experience and I was tempted to with-hold some of the final payment (I didn't in the end). I get that they may have been busy; in which case, they should not have accepted the job in the first place.
