Ryan was our Engineer, sent to us by YourRepair. He was professional, punctual, respectful and explained all he had to do clearly. If all Engineers were like him we would all feel we had had good service all round. Thanks Ryan.

Recently used Heat Control for the first time for a boiler service. The engineer (Ryan) was punctual, professional and was very respectful of our home ensuring shoe coverings were worn inside our home. Ryan was also friendly and polite throughout the visit. I would not hesitate in recommending Heat Control and was not only impressed with their service but also with their competitive pricing.

I would highly recommend this company. Ryan was quick to respond to messages, always gave an accurate arrival time but also messaged 30 minutes beforehand both times. He was tidy and professional, wears shoe protectors and lays protective sheets. Explains everything and worked quickly and efficiently. Very reasonably priced too and has card machine to take payment. All in all smooth and pleasant service
