Aquaid Water Coolers Belfast & NI

Contacted Aquaid for a water cooler for a business premises. From start to finish the communication was excellent. Rang on a Thursday morning for a quote, had the quote emailed me later that day and first thing in the morning our beautiful new water cooler was in our premises!!! First class service. Big thanks to Daniel for everything!!

We just had a sanitisation service and delivery from Aquaid and we only contacted them yesterday! Gareth, our regular technician is always helpful and efficient and the general service from the company is always professional and prompt. I have not been using Aquaid long. So far they have been brilliant to correspond with. Between office staff (Daniel) and their technicians that attend site, their service has been fantastic. Aquaaid Belfast are a friendly, reliable local company. They are very affordable and provide an excellent service . I have been using Aquaaid bottled water for almost 5 years and in that time I have never encountered any issues. I highly recommend this company for water coolers. Well deserved 5 stars

Cannot say a bad word about this Company. Hadn't realised today that we had actually ran out of water and after a quick phone call with their office this morning we had a delivery out at by lunchtime delivered by their representative David who is just wonderful and so friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Would definitely recommend this Company.

Brilliant company, efficient and easy to set up and never ran out of water. Also, guy who delivered the water (even when our lift broke) to our fourth floor was so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend!

The team at AquAid Belfast was great for us. They are definitely a bit more expensive than the competitors, but the service they provide more than makes up for that. We needed mains fed machines (the plumbed in ones) and a boiler as we had three kettles in the kitchen. Our business is quite secure, visits can only be by prior arrangement and approval with ID. But Daniel and the office team were great. He organised an engineer site visit for an exact date and time, and after that three days later we had four machines plumbed in to our factory floor and a boiler in our kitchen. Now at lunch and tea breaks, no queues. I like being able to lift the phone and talk to a local company, and to the manager himself, to get stuff done. No go between. Recommended to many and will keep doing so!!!

I have been using AquAid Belfast for three years now, first with bottled water coolers and then plumbed in coolers as my business grew. They supported my requirements each step of the way, plumbing in my machine and giving me regular deliveries of cups. Highly recommend them, they are a local based company. Nice to talk directly to local people.
