Sarah spotted that my Mum had cataracts. She has many connections and within 3 weeks Mum had one eye operated on with the cataract removed. Amazing service especially in such uncertain times where many people endure long waits. Even after the operation Sarah is so highly qualified she can inspect the operated eye and determine that the other eye can be operated on. That saves time visiting the centre where the operation was carried out. It is a norm to carry out eye operations independently. We have recommended Sarah over the years to many of our friends. Great service. Many thanks Sarah to you and your team.

Had an eye test here last year. My prescription was completely changed and the difference was incredible. I'd previously been reluctant to wear my glasses, especially for long times as they felt uncomfortable" and this was something I'd always been used to. The optician reduced my prescription

First visit yesterday after a friend recommended.Absolutely fantastic...Farzana listened to what i needed and explained everything she was doing , eye exam etc. The girls Jo and Rachel were so lovely with their advice and time spent with me choosing the glasses I would need.A definite recommend. I wont go anywhere else now . Thanks ladies

I recently had a problem with one of my eyes. Ladybrook Eyewear managed to give me an appointment at very short notice.The staff looked after me really well. They were considerate and very efficient. I can highly recommend their service.

The new optician, Farzana, at Ladybrook Eyewear is, quite simply, the best optician I have ever had. My eye test was thorough, accurate and conducted with kindness, and I am delighted with my new varifocal glasses and contact lenses. The care I have received from Wendy and Jo has been first class and they have made me feel very looked after. All in all, a 5 star experience!

Highly recommended! Despite several repeat visits to a national chain they were unable to provide me with satisfactory distance glasses. Sarah identified the problem and supplied me with a pair of distance glasses that are simply tons better for driving and other outdoor use.

Just fantastic caring service.I recently had an issue with one of my eyes and went to see the people at Ladybrook Eyewear.The way I have been looked after was fantastic and I can’t say enough good things about them.The way they considered me and remembered my condition was great and checked in with me when they didn’t need to was outstanding.They were so thoughtful and kind I can’t recommend them enough!
