Worcester Street Dental Practice

I can honestly state as a newish client - this is by far the best Dental Practice I have attended. Being a typical anxious patient, I have today had treatment I was dreading in the run up, however the whole procedure was smooth / comfortable and pain free. Dr Narges Moghisi and Sara were fantastic. I was in and out in no time. And reception staff are most pleasant and helpful also.If I could give more stars as a rating, I would. Sincerely.

Very thorough & informative check-up with Mariana & Sara. Mariana also always takes the trouble to explain all details which is exactly what the patient requires.Similar comments too for hygienist George & assistant. A thorough clean & helpful explanations & advice when required.

First visit today. Made very welcome at reception who explained who we were going to see. Narges the dentist came across as very professional with a good bedside manner. She explained everything to me in layman's terms and was positive in her explanations. So, all in all very satisfied with my first visit and feel confident I have chosen the right practise.

I have been diagnosed with terminal cancer and needed emergency dental treatment. This included extractions before I could start some palliative care treatment. This was done quickly effeciently and with great care. I cant thank them enogh for their care and attention.

After 28 years with the same dentist I suddenly found myself in the position of having to change dentists next year due to her removing patients deemed 'non profitable' from her lists. I didn't want her practice to choose my next dentist for me and I wanted to go local now as well.I had a couple of practices in contention, I spoke to Kate on reception who was very helpful and sent me an information pack in the post (which was very professionally designed and put together) so I could think things over.Having read more reviews of this practice and looking at their social media posts and the way they present themselves as professional but also fun and informative I decided I would book an appointment to register with Mariana (who I'd heard good things about) for next year. I spoke to Kate again to make the arrangements and was met with the same friendly, polite and professional manner as before, details were taken and a confirmation text and email receipt for my deposit were sent within a few minutes.I look forward (well as much as any one does a visit to the dentist!) to seeing Mariana and the team in January for my appointment but so far so good, I have confidence in this practice.

Without a single doubt, this practice is, by far, the very best that I have ever experienced! Such kindness and understanding in dealing with my issues after suffering a severe trauma at a previous dentists. I will never go anywhere else now!

Very impressed with the staff and service. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. Hygienist very thorough, he put me at my ease and gave really helpful advice on improving my brushing routine. I would recommend, especially if you are a bit nervous.

I've been a patient of Worcester Street Dental Practice for over 40 years and have been lucky enough to have a succession of really great dentists. Narges is no exception, very professional and kind and takes her time to explain the procedure fully before it is carried out. 100% would recommend this practice and Narges. Lovely reception staff too. Kate is always very friendly and reassuring, many thanks to all of the staff.
