There’s a reason why John has all 5 star reviews. The service was perfect and quick. Our front door was no longer locking. The mechanism was preventing the handle from lifting and key from turning.Rang up, and here with in 30 mins, 10 mins later the issue was sorted and the mechanism feels better than before!If we have more issues in the future, John will be our go to.

I Needed new locks very short notice and also asked about a lock key safe box. John came out and fitted both very punctual and professional went the extra mile as mum elderly suffers from anxiety put her at ease I would definitely be using again Fantastic service A++++

John popped out to us today on short notice to sort out wonky front door. In short order he'd realigned the door, replaced the dodgy chamber and keeper as well as a spring in the exterior handle, all neat as you like. Lovely guy, excellent work, would call again.

John visited my home to fix a new lock and handles after I’d locked myself out and badly damaged the lock in an attempt to get back in which proved costly as I didn’t succeed . This meant the call out charge to get me back in my home and later on John calling back to fix a new lock. John was at my home very quickly to both get me into my property and two days ago he was back to replace the new lock . He did a great job and replaced new handles to the door also . I was very confident he’d do an amazing job and that’s what I got ! He was thorough , friendly and professional . My attempt to sort it myself was not worth the extra cost I could have avoided and next time , hopefully not ) I wouldn’t hesitate to call John again should I be in a similar situation . A big Thank You John for all your help .
