I have a very old cycle carrier and have since updated my roof bars so the brackets didn't fit but I phoned A2b and after much laughter about how old they were, A2b have managed to find me some fixing brackets that will fit, can't thank them enough. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and extremely happy to help. Will definitely use them again.

Like most folk on here praise Ian well and the service provided which shows the knowledge and customer requirements.This is spot on and with dealing with Ian and within 24 hours had a Van vault delivered , paid for and collected.With his respect from the suppliers he uses they respond quickly to look after himself and us the customer.Recommend any info needed on storage needs for vehicles this is the place to use.

After an accident with our bike rack and finding out our car insurance didn’t cover it (!), I then saw on Facebook that A2B, who we’d used to hire bike racks and roof boxes in the past, did repairs to THULE products. A couple of emails, photos of the damage and a quote from Iain, it was a no brainer to get it fixed. Better for the planet, better on our wallets and personal, professional service. An hours drive away but the only repairer of THULE in the east of England. All in all, highly recommend A2B.

5 stars again for Iain at A 2 B.I have been using the company for approx 12 years.This time I hired a Thule roof tent. Love it! Super quick to set up and pack away. Comfortable memory foam mattress. Lovely panoramic views from the tent. Great for 1-2 nights of camping.Thanks for a great service again.

Iain the owner of A2B Outdoor was great. They fitted a tow bar and bike rack for me. The work done was of highest quality with no fuss. We've always had fabulous communication & service from A2B. Over the years we've hired (then bought) a roof box & bars for our summer holiday, this was fitted/removed quickly at the allotted time on the date we chose. We also hired a hot tub for my sons birthday. It was set up & taken down without any fuss. Iain & Karen always give great advice before buying or hiring. I highly recommend them!
