Edit: last review was last year. This year they delivered within a day. Thank youLast year: Terrible service, let my parents down 3 times, left them with no oil, both parents pensioners and my sister is disabled - 3 days without heating and hot water - disgraceful

So we use Oil4Wales for boiler breakdown cover on a property I run as a holiday let. Following a guest complaint regarding heating not working I called out an emergency engineer who visited the property deep within the Snowdonia National Park and fixed the problem in excellent time and also rang me to update to what the issue was. An outstanding service from a reliable & reputable firm. Would highly recommend. Thank you Oil4Wales.

My 89yr old mother in law always orders from the same place. They know this, so today they have charged her over £200 above the current market rate on a full tank. Beware if you have elderly parents.

Damage our property last year still not resolved . Now they have engaged some insurance company thats reviews are some of the worst I have read and would have to question how a high profile customer facing business has relationships with these suppliers.
