After placing an order that took an astonishing five weeks to arrive, the product was delivered in a condition that was far from satisfactory. Despite their claims of being willing to address the issue, I was met with nothing but unresponsiveness and disregard for my concerns.Initially, I was promised a replacement for the model I had ordered, along with compensation for the significant delay. However, the promises made were never upheld. Even worse, my attempts to communicate with their customer service department via both phone and email were met with a wall of silence. This unprofessional behavior left me without any option for resolving the matter.To make matters worse, when I opted to return the subpar product, I was told to bear the return shipping costs of 47 euros. These costs were a direct result of K And K Express Goods' mishandling of the order and their inability to provide adequate customer support.It's truly disappointing to see a company display such a lack of integrity and customer care. I caution anyone considering making a purchase from K And K Express Goods to seriously reconsider. The way they handled my situation speaks volumes about their commitment to their customers, which, from my experience, is close to non-existent.I strongly advise against dealing with K And K Express Goods. Your promise to send a replacement package was made and unfortunately, was not upheld.Your assertion that I wanted a different color after the order was shipped is misleading. The color I originally ordered was not available, so I accepted a replacement, which I later learned was even damaged.Regarding your customer Service, Communication was also a significant problem. My attempts to contact your company were met with silence for an extended period. It was only after escalating the matter through PayPal that I finally received a response.I must emphasize that my goal from the beginning was to find an amicable solution to the issues I encountered. I had no desire for the situation to escalate to this extent. However, the prolonged lack of communication left me with no choice but to escalate my concerns through platforms like PayPal, where my voice was finally heard. My intention was never to create a negative experience, but rather to have a responsive and responsible resolution. I believe that open communication is key in such situations, and I regret that it had to come to this level of dissatisfaction for my concerns to be acknowledged.Lastly, while you mention a full refund
