Five stars doesn't seem enough, the staff are very helpful, friendly and professional and had answers and advice for all my questions, any reservations you may have about purchasing from outside of Northern Ireland, rest assured the delivery is quick and efficient (and cheaper than a number of the suppliers on the mainland). I needed to carpet tile the loft so went online. Looked locally but nothing stood out. The choice and variations is mind blowing so needed to research careful what performance I wanted from the tile as it jumps the price up for office / caster grade. This company stood out on the web has having a good range on both price and types / colours and stock. I think they also make their own. Had a bit of trouble paying through the website but a quick phone call and nice guy was only to happy too help me out. Considering I only paid mid week, the tiles and adhesive were delivered from Ireland to the uk by Friday lunchtime (true to their word). I laid them over the weekend. More than happy with the quality for home office and store room. Would recommend.

I had a little issue with PayPal while trying to made a payment. I called the company for support and ended up talking with Scott. Their customer service is second to none. I was a bit nervous about ordering 32 boxes of tiles to my new workplace, as I don't live nearby, and wasn't given a specific time for delivery, only 2-3 working days. Ordered on a thursday, delivered bang on 8.30 the following monday. They don't mess around! Exactly when said, and even before normal business hours opened up. The calculator on the website was super helpful too, as it not only helped me figure out my square metreage, but how many boxes I would need to order. It then just made sense to order a couple more to make use of the offer, and we saved £10/box. 5 stars, 10/10, easy a pie.
