3rd bag from the Leather Satchel Company received today, and I am delighted.1st bag (boysenberry satchel) was bought 2016 and still is in great condition - I use it frequently. 2nd bag (Greystoke large pixie) was from a couple of years ago and still pristine - purely because for me, it's more suited for my smart work look... but I'm now WFH, thanks covid!My latest purchase (medium sporran, distressed wrought iron, Nov 2023) has just arrived in excellent condition, too. Really cute, excellent size for an evening out, buttery soft leather.The customer service is always excellent, and I would recommend these folks in a heartbeat.

Ordered a saddlebag backpack on 31st March as a 50th birthday present for myself for our celebratory visit to New York next week (8th).Didn't take into consideration that maybe I needed to allow a little more time for delivery as the bag actaully needed to be made! once i realised i contacted the customer service team via email to ask if there was any chance at all of getting the bag before we go and have to admit that I didn't hold out too much hope of a positive outcome.However, Leather Satchel Company did themselves proud they replied over the weekend (which again I didn't expect) and confirmed on Tuesday 2nd that my bag was ready.It's absolutely beautiful, workmanship is of very high standard, it comes in a dust bag and the packaging is just perfect, it feels special from the moment you open the box.Thank you so much to Maxwell who kept me informed every step of the way. You truely make an exceptional, beautiful product.Can not recommend highly enough, fantastic bags and a company that cares about what they are making and will go that extra mile for their customer's!

This is my third satchel in about 10 years from Leather Satchel Co and it’s even more stunning than I thought it would be.All three times, the customer service has been friendly, knowledgeable and fast.All three bags are still going strong, even the first one that’s 10 years old and wasn’t always well looked after.These bags may seem expensive but they aren’t really considering what you get for your money. Unlike most other bags that are cheaply or badly made, these ones are made by hand using only good quality materials. No corners are cut, no cheaper materials are used anywhere. They are made to order by people who have spent decades learning their craft.Can’t recommend them highly enough.

My first satchel arrived yesterday and I instantly fall in love with it. The quality of the product is exceptional, lots of customisations are available. Customer service is beyond expectations. They have made my satchel exactly how I wanted it and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company. It's very useful to order leather colour samples before making a purchase as some colours look very different on the phone screen that in real.

I contacted The Leather Satchel Co. To see if they could create a custom bag to house a detachable steering wheel as a gift. Shaun got in touch with me very quickly to discuss my ideas and even suggested they see if they could adapt one of their designs to suit to get the bag quicker. Sadly that initial idea didn’t work, however Shaun came up with a solution.Fast forward a phone call and over 40 emails to get the exact ideas made into a bag, we now have the most beautiful bag ready for a very special Christmas present.Nothing was too much for this company to do, and they respond so quickly. The craftsmanship is extraordinary and the bag really is amazing. I would 100% recommend this company for custom work OR for their designs on the website.
