The venue is super nice, whether you want to spend a night out or just have a drink with friends, it has different areas to hang out and the ball pool is super fun. The staff is super attentive and such a vibe! Always smiling. All of them, Shaq, the bar manager, Cosmin and Tom have incredible skills, I was surprised when I saw them juggling the bottles, the tricks and making the cocktail with fire (Plus the cocktails where very tasty). Regarding food, we ate some BBQ dirty fries - highly recommended - although due to the time we couldn't order more. To sum up, we had a great night and we will definitely come back!

Opening night was amazing! Excellent, friendly service from all members of staff. Cocktails both looked and tasted great (particularly the Lollypallooza). We loved the entertainment from the saxophonist and of course, the famous ball pit (so much fun after a few drinks)! Ordered a pizza which was also excellent, and very reasonably priced at £5. Only suggestion would be to turn the music volume down in the bar area, as it was very difficult to hear each other / our server speak. Though the theming of the venue was great, it would be difficult to spend much longer than an hour or so in the downstairs area, so would definitely recommend ball pit access! Can’t wait to return.

Opening night was better than I could have expected and beats a Bella Italia 10 times! The bar was never empty as their cocktails are insane and food’s great - I tried the pulled pork loaded fries. Amazing vibes and stunning venue all round. Welcome to Cardiff, Ballie

My friends and I really enjoyed our first experience of Ballie Ballerson. The 2-3-1 cocktail selections are superb and the food (which takes the form of bar snacks like chips and stricken chips rather than full meals) was very tasty and reasonably priced.The ball pit itself is well managed in terms of the number of people who are allowed in it at any given time. They are also strict on making sure you’re not drunk and liable to vomit in there m, in which case they will deny you entry.The bar also benefits from a smokers/Vapors balcony on the upper floor which has ample seating and tables to enable you to sit, relax, and chat whilst smoking.The speaker music was generally very good, except for the lady with the guitar who sung live at various intervals, and was far too loud, which resulted in some of us developing headaches.Overall, we enjoyed our first trip to Ballie Ballerson and will undoubtedly return again in the future.

Great night out for a leaving party. Good fun, great atmosphere, staff very professional and organised. Lit up cocktails in bagswere a quirky touch, ball pit was hilarious.

Best night out in cardiff!! Me and my friends had a great time in the ball pit and the drinks were fantastic. I loved meeting one of the very talented staff, Karl, who made our night really special!

It was a great experience the shaqir manager with the bartenfer cosmin very tempted and very friendly. I'm on vacation in Cardiff and I recommend Ballie Ballirson if you're on vacation. Also the bartender Tom was very attentive to us and the bar workers entertained us by juggling and tricks with the bottles while they gave us a good smile. It's definitely a top bar. I'll be back before I run out of hesitations.
