Great costumer services, dispite how busy they were! Was not left waiting long and the staff were really helpful and knew exactly what to look for dispite my rather crude explanation! Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone who asks!

It was okay. The range of products was alright, but didn't really feel was getting the right level of assistance when I went in with my boy. They only started to be really helpful when I was at the till. It actually felt like they doubted I was going to spend a significant amount of money and wasn't worth bothering with - until I spent a fair amount and then it was all smiles and 'come back soon'.

Very poor customer service , would never use again , asked for the manager to ring me about the quality of the product but seemed he couldn't be bothered . Never use them again will stick to Mr crumbles next time

A good place to go of you're looking for fancy dress, although less so if you're going for theatrical makeup.They have a good selection of costumes wigs and props, although finding what you want could be a bit troublesome because of the layout (it's a converted house, with lots of rooms to move through).The staff a friendly and helpful and they do seem to know their stuff.Certainly worth a look if you've a costume party coming up.
