Q-Park Harley Street

Pre paid online for car parking had trouble getting into the car park and exiting the car park wouldn't recognise my number plate, the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and sorted it out but meant I held up the queue trying to Enter the car park. It is expensive but what you would expect for parking in London and on harley Street.

Parked here today for a appointment in Harley street, returned after 30 mins to find my back window smashed in . As I left my car we saw 3 lads enter the car park with masks. A witness left his number on my car and said it was these guys that smashed the window. A lady also told me this happens often in this car park. I booked thinking it was a secure car park and you needed qr code to gain pedestrian access this is not the case . Only wish I had read the reviews on here before booking.

Parked here today for an appointment on Harley Street and we were sitting eating some lunch on our car before the appointment and 3 men came in masked up with hoods up and went car to car with a torch looking for things to steal, then they noticed we were in one of the cars and quickly walked away. A little bit frightening at the time but a definite reminder not to leave anything of value in your car if you park here.Other than that it was pretty good and has a toilet, although the code on the ticket wasn’t actually correct and a regular user of the car park told us the actual code.Best part is the location is within minutes of Harley street by foot which is brilliant

Be very wary about using this car park. My car was left in this car park that is advertised as a secure underground car park. The window was smashed and the boot cleared. The car park is completely insecure

Please don’t park here!!!!We got robbed today. They stole all of our baggage and left us with the windows of the car smashed.How can this be possible to not get help from anyone? Are the authorities planning to do something in the future with all these thefts?

Micheal is a great guy who is always attentive and always greats with big smile. There has never been any issues with Micheal. I have been parking my grizzly car for more then 20 years.I wish Michael would train a few more of your staff

I park a motorcycle here. It is free for motorcycles and there are plenty of spaces on two (or three?) levels. Lighting could be improved because it is too dark. One of the last bastions of anything FREE in London. May it last long!

Very difficult to get around corners with SUV and also parked here twice now and the Q-code has never worked for people to get in or out and neither has the barrier to let you out and trying to contact someone on the phone systemis almost impossible

Saturday 18th March 6:45pm - We left the carpark where we believe the barriers have been faulty today as it didn’t let us in even though we’d prebooked (£50 to park there). We called the help phone for assistance and we were greeted with the rudest woman on the phone. She had the worst attitude saying things like “well what are you doing wrong then?” and started reeling these reasons of all the things we could have done “wrong”. “Have you not paid, have you not prebooked etc”. Vile service, would give 0 stars if I could.

Sorry guys went to charge my car and the Rapid BP pulse was rubbish it cut out after 3 minutes and waste of an 2 hours parking which cost £17. Parked outside this car park got 4 hours of parking for less than 50p and got good charging from Ubricity lamppost.Lots of spaces here and lots of choices of EV charging but it it does not work whats the point
