It is unusual that I would ever call a person or company toxic but there is no more appropriate term that I would give a company, its subsidiaries and its senior managers and directors within. The majority of these individuals appear to be driven by the desire to bully and exclude others who do not take part in this culture. I have seen this first hand over many years in many locations at many of their subsidiaries. One particular 'highlight' was a competition between 3 managers who could fire the most employees. This sums of Go Ahead completely. The majority of managers and directors completely lack empathy and are only focused on creating a culture of division and hatred forgetting about the human impact of their decisions. If you are thinking of ever working for them turn around now and save yourself.#MeToo

Been with the company for many years. Started when it was still Wilts and Dorset. The job is not for everyone’s liking but i like it! I have no intention of leaving anyway. Sorry Go South Coast, you’re stuck with me I’m afraid!

Despite paying for my ticket, they have charged me twice as much as I have paid for by taking money out of my account. This company are theives, pay with cash when riding with them to avoid this scam

Constantly taking money from account when I haven't even been on a bus ! Buy a pass and uses go down without me using them! Complete rip off

Got on the Bus at my usual stop for a £2 journey. Tapped in, when I tried to tap out on the reader it didn’t work. The Driver told me to tap out on his reader, I have now had a look at my Bank Statement and I have been charged £8, the maximum fare. Contacted Customer service and they haven’t bothered to reply to my email.

DO NOT USE I gave 1 start as couldnt give a lower rating. Absolutely disgusted, they charged me twice (on multiple occasions) then ignore my emails I try to call and they left me on hold for hours,Will be walking in future, scamming a lot of people from what I can see,As if people can afford it with the cost of living as it is, I’m glad I checked my bank statement, worst company I’ve come across!!!!
