Isaac came to talk to me about various trees in my garden, bushes and ivy that required removal/trimming what my options were. He even made an advance visit before my booked day of work to make a tree safe that looked like it was about to fall. Excellent service, value for money and piece of mind. Isaac and his team were prompt, efficient, polite and tidy. Work carried out exactly as requested and to a high standard, and for a reasonable price. Isaac kept me updated throughout and the team cleaned everything up.

Isaac, with Gary (the plantsman), spent the day in our front and back gardens pruning an apple tree (which has a brutal white climbing rose all over it), a pear tree, a damson tree and three large olive trees. He took away all the dead material and clippings leaving no mess. He was charm itself. They also pruned all our shrubs. In two montsh time the garden will look wonderful. I highly recommend Isaaac and Maplewood Tree Surgery.

Isaac cut down a small dying tree. He arrived on time, with a helper, quickly removed the tree, dug out the stump, tidied up and was gone without a trace. You wouldn’t know they’d been. That’s what I call “A Good Job Well Done”

I moved into my house in Dec 2022 and I'm not much for gardening. Even when I viewed it, it was pretty overgrown and by July 23 it was a literal jungle, you couldn't see out to the back and it blocked light coming into the house. I found Maplewood on Facebook and aske them to come and quote. The price was reasonable for the amount of work I needed. Isaac was on time, efficient and did exactly what I asked for. It turns out, I have a huge garden, bigger than I knew and thanks to Maplewood, I can start enjoying it. 10/10 for service, reliability, workmanship and satisfaction.

Requiring a tree surgeon is not something that most will need on rare occasions, so finding a good one can be difficult. Not being in the know we did our research online and found Isaac and asked for a quote to get a large silver birch crowned. Isaac was there on time for the quote and we could tell he was professional. The quote was good value and a date selected ( he's busy and we can see why). He arrived for the job with his team on the set day. He works with ropes rather than ladders which allows him to get anywhere on the tree. Isaac suggested the shape the tree should be, we readily used his knowledge and the team worked together from ground and tree to ensure the shape was just right being quite particular. We couldn't have asked for a better result. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up afterwards. Cannot recommend Isaac and his team highly enough, brilliant job and very nice with it. Isaac loves his tea good and strong, just keep it coming.

Maplewood Tree Surgery did a great job clearing the garden of our new house. We had lots of overgrown trees and hedges, and the team achieved a huge amount in 1 day, taking down several very tall dead and diseased trees, trimming hedges so they're easier to maintain and removing stumps. The garden now looks completely different. They arrived on time, were friendly and polite and took all the rubbish away after - couldn't recommend them more.

I cannot recommend Maplewood Tree Surgery highly enough. Isaac had excellent communication. He is very knowledgeable and gave great advice on future pruning. When he had finished he made sure I was happy with the work before he left and left everything tidy. I will certainly be using his services again.

We've used Isaac and his team twice now. The work they did shaping and thinning out our cherry tree was thoughtful and careful, and the end result excellent. They've also cleared out a section of garden that had been overgrown and neglected for years and did a great job of that too. Professional, friendly, efficient and excellent service.

Isaac and his team have completed 3 jobs for me. Hardworking professional reliable and approachable, from little acorns oak trees grow, he's busier than he was for good reason! Great service
