Great studios with everything you need. Excellent City Centre location.

The building is strategically located with just 5mins walk to the city centre. It is also a very safe neighborhood and lively (especially during the weekdays!) as it is in the Birmingham Business District area.I truly love my room (Silver Studio at ground floor) as it is very spacious, fully refurbished and the interior is all new, clean and very well maintained. Tenants also have access to shared laundry room, communal area, the use of ironing board and vacuum cleaner including a proper trash bin area inside the building (ground floor). What's more, the building is fully equipped with cctv in all corners so you can rest assured that your safety is of paramount importance.Student Letting Co has been exceptional in their service in assisting me to settle down with all my needs, made me feel welcomed and so very helpful throughout my stay there. The paperwork and process were simple, quick and efficient. Overall, I had the most amazing and enjoyable experience living in 89 Cornwall Street and I will definitely miss my time there.Give it a go!
