We were miss-sold our property by Charlotte of DWH, we were told the garden had about a 6inch slope difference- however it is actually 0.85meters, we are not the only customers they have done this too, we have been fobbed off by the various departments we have been passed around, Paula asked us to get a quote to pass over to her and get something sorted, However this was just a ruse to buy time and hope the huge problem would go away, the labour quote is £6000 and materials are a further £4500, yet all they are offering is £2000 as “a guesture” while trying to lie their way out of a situation that they have made worse. They do not treat customers fairly so I’m not sure where they get their so called 5⭐️ customer service data from, I now feel we should advertise the fact we were miss-sold from our lounge window to warn any other potential customers.
