Clacton Pier Wheel Experience
We went on the big wheel. Not bad; I was a bit scared of heights especially when this was turning in the middle. Some other people were spinning their carriages; this would make me sick. Saw a bit of the views, I didn't like it stopping at very top a few times and rocking about a bit in via gusty wind.

Clacton Pier Wheel Experience
The ferris wheel is located at the very front of Clacton Pier, dominating the showpiece Venetian Bridge. It's an amazing sight, especially at first light when the sun is rising over the North Sea. Unlike some of the cheap & ugly tourist attractions nearby, Clacton Pier Wheel Experience truly benefits the view beside the busiest part of the beach.

Clacton Pier Wheel Experience
A good experience to end the day. Got to see the views multiple times and take great pictures. It was just 8 quid for my mum and I, which is a good price. Staff helped us in and guided us out. It was nice and clean inside. Enjoyed it.It does wobble a bit like mentioned in previous reviews ... but it's a ferris wheel by the sea so it's expected? Nothing too bad, just a nice little rocking to the breeze. It's a sturdy construction, nothing to worry.

Clacton Pier Wheel Experience
The wheel was placed in a nice spot on the pier I could see the whole town. And the wind farm a little far into the ocean. The baskets were clean and we stopped at the top and got some nice photos. The wheel seemed sturdy and well looked after overall a nice thing to do

Clacton Pier Wheel Experience
First went on this in 2021 when there was the 150th on, makes a good view of the seaside and town with a good time spent on this. Affords a far reaching view over the coastline and beyond in good weather conditions, part of the pier so can see above this as well. A nice thing to have in Clacton.

Clacton Pier Wheel Experience
Avoid, paid for ride and they cut our ride time. Had people on before us and they got off after us. We asked them and they'd only paid once. We complain but they didn't care. Only 4 minutes, they said.

Clacton Pier Wheel Experience
Clacton Pier's Big Wheel is a must-see attraction for anyone visiting the seaside town of Clacton-on-Sea. The ferris wheel stands at a whopping 40 metres high and offers stunning views of the town, beach and surrounding area. The ride itself is smooth and enjoyable, with the ability to stop the wheel to allow passengers to take in the views for longer. The wheel is well-maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend visiting Clacton Pier's Big Wheel for a memorable experience!
