The session was truly fantastic. Lara was incredibly supportive, providing clear explanations and helpful tips on paddling. She guided us through the fundamentals, and even someone as new to this as myself was able to paddle!!

Lara is an excellent SUP instructor. It was my first attempt at paddle boarding and she was very patient with me. Had a wonderful time. Highly recommend her!

Enjoyed my first SUP experience in the rivers with a group of lovely people. Lara and Clive were great keeping everyone (and our belongings) safe. I thought it would be hard to not fall into the river but only 1 person got wet so it’s definitely a friendly and relaxing sport with amazing views and wildlife along the river. Will try again in Kintbury when it’s less hot!

Had a great experience paddling with Lara! Booking was easy and had lots of fun on the day. Learned paddling skills and found a beautiful nature spot I would have missed otherwise.

My adult daughters and myself had a 2 hour tour led by Lara today and we all had an amazing time. Lara provided a very detailed briefing before setting off and ensured that we were individually coached to get us all standing within 20 minutes. If anybody wants to try Paddle Boarding this is a great way to both sample Paddle Boarding and explore some beautiful countryside. Thank you Lara.

We've been out with Lara a fair few times now,if you fancy a go at paddle boarding this is a great place to start.Every session is great fun, you're guaranteed to enjoy yourselves. Lara is friendly, engaging, a top instructor and will have you standing in no time.
